Sam Stokes

Sam has over 10 years' experience in the development and delivery of complex commercial, residential and retail schemes, fulfilling both developer and project management roles for private clients and commercial developers. 

He has a collaborative project management style, ensuring united working relationships between project teams and stakeholders, in turn achieving successful project outcomes. He is experienced in delivering complex regeneration and new build schemes with a track record in ensuring projects are delivered to achieve the highest quality, on time and within budget.

He has also been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2014 (MRICS).
