Cavan Dunmow

With nine years of experience in development and project management in both South Africa and the UK, Cavan has worked with developers and leading consultancies across a range of sectors, bringing a holistic and balanced approach to project delivery.

He has been instrumental in the successful delivery of residential, hotel, commercial, and industrial new-build and refurbishment projects, from inception through construction to final handover. In addition, Cavan has led large-scale PMOs in the remediation sector. His experience allows him to assess development feasibility and align project outcomes with client objectives, adopting a meticulous approach to detail while maintaining a strong focus on commercial viability throughout the lifecycle.

Cavan is committed to fostering productive and collaborative relationships with clients and project teams, emphasizing the importance of a shared vision to achieve successful outcomes.

He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management and is currently pursuing chartership.
