Charlie Harrison

Charlie has 10 years' experience delivering central London projects across a broad range of asset classes including commercial, residential, hotel and theatre.

Having previously spent 7 years as a development manager for a London-based residential developer, successfully delivering a number of projects from strategic definition to use, Charlie’s understanding of client-side challenges and drivers has allowed for a successful transition to project management.

At Opera, Charlie has predominantly been involved in major commercial office refurbishment and retrofit schemes, working with clients such as Landsec, Derwent London and CBRE IM.

Charlie holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
