Florian has over 10 years’ experience within the construction industry spanning roles with main contractors, client-side and consultancy project management. A collaborative and client-focused professional, Florian draws on his diverse background to deliver projects that balance commercial objectives with design and operational excellence.

Florian has led the delivery of complex refurbishment and fit-out projects from briefing to completion, managing values up to £25 million often within occupied or logistically challenging environments. His sector experience covers commercial real estate and hospitality, having also worked client side in the latter. This breadth of perspective enables him to approach each project with a deep understanding of both delivery challenges and client priorities.

His collaborative, structured approach ensures efficient delivery, technical precision, and client satisfaction. A member of the British Council for Offices (BCO), he is dedicated to continuous improvement and industry best practice.
