Ian Elson

Ian has 30 years' experience working across multiple sectors for private and listed property companies and consultancies.  

Ian has experience working across the full lifecycle of projects. He particularly enjoys leading design teams to find environmentally sustainable solutions to challenging problems and maximising the value assets. He has in depth experience of repurposing existing structures and ensuring multi use class buildings operate harmoniously. He has previously worked for LandSec, ABP DevCo and RLB.

At Opera, Ian is engaged with project delivery and maintaining client relationships.
