Louis Worth

Louis has accrued four years' experience delivering projects on behalf of developers and tenants, his involvement during this period has ranged from feasibility through to handover. He has developed an understanding of multiple sectors with a particular focus on commercial real estate, other sectors include residential and retail. 

Louis aims to deliver collaboration among project stakeholders guiding external consultants to achieve the client requirements with strong communication skills and a passion for driving programme. With a technical background in project management, he brings a good understanding of programme management and knowledge of the strategies behind varying procurement methods. His recent client relationships have been utilised to secure additional project work and other services within the business.

Louis holds a BSc (Hons) in construction project management and is working through his APC as he progresses towards MRICS status.
