Louis Worth

Louis works for Opera as a senior project manager. He has accrued four years' experience delivering projects on behalf of developers and tenants, his involvement during this period has ranged from feasibility through to handover. 

He has developed an understanding of multiple sectors with a particular focus on commercial real estate, other sectors include residential and retail. Louis experience prior to Opera was with Mace, during this period he worked across multiple regions in the UK successfully delivering for blue chip clients. The sector focus has been commercial office real estate, Louis also has experience in residential and retail delivery.

His current role involves working with key developer client's delivering projects including master planning, major refurbishments and fit-out. Louis has a technical background in project management, which provides a strategic understanding of programme management and procurement methods that he conveys to clients.

Louis holds a BSc (Hons) in construction project management and is working through his APC as he progresses towards MRICS status.
