Maddie has worked with a range of high-profile clients across the commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors, adapting her approach to meet the needs of both experienced and emerging developers. She has a proven track record in managing complex developments, navigating buildability challenges, and addressing third-party considerations. Maddie is also well-known for fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both consultant teams and site-based teams, a key factor in her success across numerous projects.

With a strong passion for architecture and design, Maddie brings a keen attention to detail to every project she takes on. Her focus is always on delivering outstanding results and service, ensuring projects stay on track and maintain momentum from start to finish.

Prior to her current role, Maddie worked as a Development Manager at M3 Consulting, where she was responsible for managing the demolition and redevelopment of commercial offices in South Kensington. She also gained valuable experience managing and delivering high-quality fit-outs for major clients.

Maddie holds a BA (Hons) in Liberal Arts and an MSc in Real Estate, and is a proud member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
