Richard Fanning

Richard is a Project director at Opera with 20 years' experience in leading major and complex projects from inception to completion. Richard has a proven track record of delivering a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects, including commercial offices, heritage building developments, carbon reduction projects and life sciences research facilities.

With an engineering background, Richard has a deep understanding of the technical composition of projects and has a transparent leadership style in managing teams. Richard consistently builds collaborative relationships with professional teams, contractors and stakeholders, and believes common goals and full commitment are essential for project success.

Richard is chartered through the Association for Project Management (ChPP) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE).
