Sam Blackham

Sam is a motivated and competent Project Director, with a background in Quantity Surveying. Sam has a strong track record of delivering prime commercial office and mixed-use developments in central London and the regions. Sam combines his project leadership experience with his cost management background to deliver outstanding projects whilst focusing on commercial success.

Sam has experience working as a Client Lead and Consultant at Gardiner and Theobald, Grosvenor and Arcadis. Sam has worked closely with clients to understand project objectives and constraints, unlocking challenges and delivering successful outcomes. He has also worked closely with occupiers, managing their stakeholders to deliver the best offer for their business.

Sam is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and holds a Quantity Surveying MSc.
