City of LondonStorey’s latest flexible office will integrate into this existing building on Broadgate and provide an amenity rich environment for the City’s SME occupiers.
British Land plan to deliver their latest flexible office at 201 Bishopsgate, on the eastern gateway into Broadgate.
Designed by leading flexible office architects dMFK, the client’s brief entailed breathing new life into this existing space with a focus on providing high quality amenity provisions. The proposals include bringing into use an existing redundant terrace overlooking Broadgate Tower, with a curated office space, communal lounge and breakout spaces.
Opera assembled & led a high performing project team to navigate the design risks & challenges of delivering to a high occupational density whilst meeting regulation compliance. A fast-track programme to ensure speed of product to market has been approached with a separate strip out package and a design & build procurement model with a resilient supply chain.
