Dan Snape

Daniel has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry, initially working as a quantity surveyor internationally before transitioning to project management in the UK.

Daniel combines his commercial background with a proactive and collaborative project management style, creating and working within high performing teams to deliver on quality and sustainability whilst continuously managing cost and programme.

He is passionate about sustainability and is focused on ensuring sustainability is considered holistically and not just focused on accreditations.

He has worked across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, liquified natural gas, high-end residential, retail and leisure, with his recent past being focused on central London commercial and flexible office projects.

He has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2018.
