Joe Derham

Joe is a Project Director with 20 years of experience working for consultants and property developers in the UK and various countries across Asia.

He has worked as a development manager, project manager and in technical services, from site acquisition and feasibility through to operation. Projects include luxury beach front resorts and branded residential, a mass scale value sector hotel rollout across multiple countries, renovation and new build commercial, heritage and restoration, and residential change of use.

Joe has a particularly hands on and collaborative approach to project management and a strong technical background, commercial understanding and attention to detail. He effectively leads teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest level of quality. He has a BArch in Architecture and an MSc in Project & Enterprise Management.
