Joe Derham

As Project director, Joe has more than 15 years of experience working for consultants and property developers in the UK and various countries across Asia. Joe has a strong design and strategic planning background and effectively leads teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest level of quality. 

He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry having worked for developers and operators as a development manager, project manager and in technical services, from site acquisition and feasibility through to operation. 

Projects range from luxury resorts and residences to mass scale value sector rollout across multiple countries. At Opera, Joe works predominantly on mixed-use, commercial and hospitality projects. 

He has a BArch in Architecture and an MSc in Project & Enterprise Management.
