Steve Jones

Steve has 18 years' experience focussed on the delivery of large-scale projects for institutional-grade developers and funds, primarily in the commercial sector. He has a proven track record in complex multi-phase, mixed-use schemes and acting as a strategic advisor in respect of wider development considerations. 

Steve is extremely adept at coordination of the consultant team through the design process and the involvement of key stakeholders and third parties. He is also well-practiced in working under stringent requirements of complex funding agreements and advising on such documents in the early stages of negotiation. 

At Opera, Steve is engaged with project delivery and maintaining client relationships, alongside ongoing development of the internal ESG policy.
