Dean Catlow

With over seven years' experience, Dean joined Opera in 2019, having previously worked in the project management team at a multidisciplinary consultancy in London.

Dean has amassed a wealth of experience in delivering complex Cat A office refurbishments in central London, whilst also building a reputation for delivering new build warehouse and logistics developments. At Opera, Dean has been working on office refurbishment schemes for British Land and Fabrix, as well as a major mixed-use residential-led redevelopment.

Dean’s approach to managing project teams is one of transparency, finding that a collaborative working environment is key to identifying and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. He establishes roles and responsibilities with all project stakeholders at the outset which allows the team to focus and deliver on the client brief. Dean is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
